Ultimate Finance, a leading asset-based lender based in the UK, has recently unveiled its updated brand identity as part of its expansion plans. The company has experienced significant growth in both its loan portfolio and market presence since implementing its current business strategy and brand in 2020.

The decision to invest in rebranding aligns with Ultimate Finance’s ongoing product and growth strategy. Yvonne Balfour, the Chief Marketing Officer of Ultimate Finance, expressed her excitement about the refreshed brand look and feel, which was showcased at the NACFB Commercial Finance Expo in Birmingham. The updated brand reflects the company’s market position and meets the expectations of its broker network. By enhancing its illustration style and brand colors, early feedback has shown the positive impact of the new look.

Ultimate Finance has reported strong performance this year, with notable enhancements such as an increased maximum facility size for working capital and expanded asset finance securitization. In the first quarter of 2025, the company provided over £62 million in new funding facilities, offering more than 500 new facilities across its financial solutions.

In April, Ultimate Finance achieved a record monthly high in asset finance, surpassing £10 million. The company also expanded its asset finance securitization facility with Lloyds Bank from £100 million to £145 million. Additionally, the maximum invoice finance facility size was increased from £7 million to £10 million to support larger deals and ensure a competitive and diverse solution offering in the market.

The rebranding efforts of Ultimate Finance aim to boost its growth and visibility in the industry. The company’s commitment to innovation and customer-centric approach has positioned it as a trusted partner for businesses seeking financial solutions. Stay tuned for more updates on Ultimate Finance’s continued success and evolution in the market.
