The recent saga involving a Kenosha man, Andrew Warren Stanton, has caught the attention of many, particularly due to his self-proclaimed status as a U.S. Army veteran and his prolific and inflammatory online presence. This month, Stanton was apprehended following the circulation of videos that prosecutors allege explicitly incite violence against law enforcement and ICE agents.
At the age of 38, Stanton’s descent into extremism escalated, leading to the initiation of a federal case against him in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin as outlined in court filings dated early October.
Among the videos shared widely on platforms like Libs of TikTok, Stanton is seen unabashedly glorifying violence, particularly targeting immigration officers and law enforcement professionals.

“When you all’s bodies lie motionless on the ground, ICE patch facing up at the sky, we’re going to loot your corpses. I am eagerly anticipating those videos… If anyone dares to confront an ICE agent, I hope they succeed. And don’t even think about assisting ICE in any way; ensure that person gets away… At the end of the day, a good cop is a dead cop.”

During his arrest, law enforcement officials discovered a rifle in Stanton’s vehicle, according to reports from Kenosha County Eye. Following these revelations, a federal judge has ordered Stanton to remain in custody without the possibility of bond.
