United Talent Agency has recently signed Warner Bailey, the founder of the media company Assistants vs. Agents, for representation in all areas.
Bailey’s brainchild, Assistants vs. Agents, originated during his time as a talent agent assistant. Initially just a lighthearted meme page documenting the daily struggles of entertainment industry underlings, it has since blossomed into a diverse media company and educational hub. The platform now hosts events, panels, editorial content, newsletters, and job boards, all aimed at assisting individuals aspiring to break into Hollywood.
Targeting primarily a demographic of young professionals in Los Angeles and New York, Assistants vs. Agents covers a wide range of topics, from managing hectic concert guest lists to discussing groundbreaking industry news like Netflix’s acquisition of Warner Bros.
Through his work with Assistants vs. Agents, Bailey has formed partnerships with major players in the industry, including Netflix, Meta, Amazon MGM Studios, Warner Bros. Discovery, Paramount+, and Apple TV. He recently moderated a live panel at ZCON, a conference in Los Angeles focusing on Gen Z issues.
Before launching Assistants vs. Agents, Bailey managed a creative agency and organized the M3F Fest, a nonprofit music festival in Phoenix that featured artists such as Leon Bridges, Odesza, Maggie Rogers, Kaytranada, ZHU, and Jamie xx. He also initiated the M3F Fund, which has contributed over $2.3 million to various charities. Bailey’s philanthropic endeavors extend to producing Live From Los Angeles: A Fire Relief Benefit, which raised more than $100,000 for MusiCares following the Los Angeles fires in early 2025. Additionally, he serves on the Music Industry Advisory Board for Save The Music.
With his unique background and innovative approach to media and entertainment, Warner Bailey is poised to make a significant impact in the industry with the support of United Talent Agency.
