The teaser for the second season was unveiled after the airing of this year’s “Doctor Who” Christmas special, titled “Joy to the World.” The episode features “Bridgerton” star Nicola Coughlan as a new character named Joy, who stumbles upon a secret doorway to the Time Hotel in London, leading to a perilous adventure with the Doctor involving dinosaurs. As a deadly plot unfolds across Earth, the Doctor must race against time to save Christmas and humanity from an old enemy lurking in the shadows.
