Directed by Karan Tejpal and produced by Gaurav Dhingra for Jungle Book Studio, this film boasts a stellar lineup of executive producers including Anurag Kashyap, Kiran Rao, Nikkhil Advani, and Vikramaditya Motwane.

The plot of “Stolen” revolves around two brothers from the urban landscape who witness a baby being kidnapped from a destitute mother at a rural railway station in India. Driven by a sense of moral duty, one brother persuades the other to assist the mother and embark on a dangerous investigation to locate the missing child.

The cast of “Stolen” features talented actors such as Abhishek Banerjee, Harish Khanna, Mia Maelzer, Sahidur Rahaman, and Shubham Vardhan in lead roles. Tejpal collaborated on the screenplay with Swapnil Salkar-Agadbumb and producer Dhingra to bring this gripping story to life.

After its premiere at the Venice Film Festival, “Stolen” garnered critical acclaim and accolades at various international film festivals. It received recognition at the Beijing International Film Festival, Skip City International D-Cinema Festival in Japan, and the Zurich Film Festival. The film also made its mark at local festivals like the Jio MAMI Mumbai Film Festival and the International Film Festival of Kerala.

Manish Menghani, Prime Video India’s Director and Head of Content Licensing, expressed the platform’s dedication to showcasing impactful storytelling that resonates with audiences. He described “Stolen” as a thrilling narrative that delves into themes of justice, trauma, and human resilience.
