Prosecutors Struggle to Contact Missing Witness in Diddy’s Sex Trafficking Trial

The woman, known only as Victim 3, has not been reachable by officials, raising concerns as Diddy’s sex trafficking trial approaches, reports TMZ. Even if subpoenaed, there are doubts whether she would appear in court.

The judge overseeing the case has urged prosecutors to intensify their efforts to locate Victim 3. However, she resides far from New York City, complicating the search process.

Sean “Diddy” Combs, aged 55, is facing charges related to sex trafficking, and the absence of Victim 3 could potentially impact the prosecution’s case.

According to the indictment filed on January 30, prosecutors allege that the music mogul knowingly transported individuals with the intent for them to engage in prostitution. Additionally, Diddy is accused of willfully facilitating the transportation of female victims, including Victim 1, Victim 2, and Victim 3, as well as commercial sex workers across state lines and internationally on numerous occasions.
