Democratic representatives, including some members of Congress, have recently accused ICE of engaging in “kidnapping and human trafficking.”
Simultaneously, ICE agents are busy apprehending actual kidnappers.

According to ,
Democratic Representative Maxwell Frost has made the unsubstantiated claim that ICE agents are involved in kidnapping, stealing, and human trafficking illegal aliens.
During an appearance on Stephen Colbert’s Late Show, Frost discussed his involvement in the “No Kings” protest and his opposition to mass deportations.
He stated, “What’s happening right now isn’t even mass deportation because individuals aren’t provided due process. There is no legal framework for these actions. ICE federal agents are showing up, instilling fear in our communities, jumping out of unmarked vehicles, abducting people, denying them their right to a fair trial, and yes, trafficking them to other nations across the globe.”
Now, if detaining an undocumented immigrant is considered kidnapping, does that imply that arresting an American citizen could also be classified as kidnapping? When law enforcement apprehends an individual for kidnapping, are they themselves engaging in kidnapping? This contradictory logic highlights the troubling tendency of certain Democratic officials to prioritize the rights of criminals over those of law-abiding citizens.
