In the tumultuous landscape of American politics, one thing becomes abundantly clear: the identities of the so-called “good guys” are more contentious than ever.
In a striking episode reflecting a string of alarming threats and actions, a young man has been charged for an online threat aimed at a prayer vigil for conservative commentator Charlie Kirk.
According to The Gateway Pundit,
A San Antonio resident, 19-year-old Xaelyn Dunbar, faces serious legal consequences for allegedly expressing his intention to use a Ford 250 diesel truck to disrupt a gathering honoring the recently assassinated Kirk at the University of Texas-San Antonio (UTSA).
Dunbar, in a social media post, ominously stated, “This is a disgrace and I can tell you right now I’m gonna make sure this won’t be a good nor comforting vigil, y’all watch and see.”His threats escalated quickly, as he warned, “You’ll see tomorrow; I just wouldn’t advise trying to stop a Ford 250 Diesel truck. Let me show you how much Charlie really means.”
Concerned authorities conducted a welfare check at his home, which culminated in his arrest.
During questioning, Dunbar reportedly acknowledged the gravity of his actions, suggesting he was merely “being dumb” and “clowning around.”
When pressed about whether the attention was worth the turmoil he now faces, Dunbar candidly remarked, “If that’s what it takes, I did what I did and I can take the consequences,” as reported by KSAT.
In light of this threat, alongside the tragic assassination of Charlie Kirk, the attempted firebombing of a Fox News vehicle, and the increasing hostility towards prayer vigils and ICE facilities, the silence from the radical left is deafening. It begs the question: Where is the outcry against such violence?
For those still unclear on who the “good guys” are in this ongoing political drama, the delineation could not be clearer now.
