When Democratic leaders announce their reluctance to collaborate with federal law enforcement and advocate for sanctuary policies at the state or city level, it’s worth considering: who exactly benefits from these decisions?
It isn’t you, or your loved ones, or even the kindly elderly neighbor down the street. Instead, these measures appear to extend a warm welcome to gang members, violent offenders, and human traffickers.
The Gateway Pundit recently reported,
A Chinese national residing in Chicago, under the sanctuary policies of Governor J.B. Pritzker, has been charged with running a human and sex-trafficking operation spanning state lines.
Xiaoping Peng, 53, was indicted by a Marion County Grand Jury in Ohio for serious felony offenses linked to a prostitution and trafficking ring operating out of a so-called âChinese Spaâ at 1288 Delaware Avenue in Marion, Ohio, as reported by Marion County Now.
Authorities indicate that Peng entered the U.S. illegally during the Biden administration and remained in Chicago after submitting an asylum requestâa loophole that has frequently been exploited under current open-border policies.
Officials state that Peng played the roles of courier and recruiter, transporting female victims across state lines and profiting from their sexual exploitation. The investigation revealed that this operation trafficked women from Illinois to Ohio from March 6 to June 17, 2025.
During a raid at the spa, law enforcement uncovered substantial evidence of forced prostitution and human trafficking, including communication and financial documents that linked Peng to multiple states.
It seems that some Democratic politicians are effectively offering sanctuary to criminals, providing them with refuge and support.
If you were an undocumented individual, where would you choose to live? Would you opt for a jurisdiction where officials have made it clear they intend to uphold immigration laws, or would you prefer a place like Illinois, where politicians have pledged to protect you from legal repercussions?
The evidence suggests that these policies are designed to safeguard criminal activity rather than the innocent.
