Sky Roberts, the father of Virginia Giuffre, is calling for a comprehensive and independent investigation into the tragic death of his daughter, who was discovered lifeless in her Australian residence on April 25, 2025.
Giuffre, a notable figure in the fight against sex trafficking and a prominent accuser of Jeffrey Epstein and Prince Andrew, was reported to have died by suicide. However, both her father and legal representatives are expressing serious concerns regarding this official narrative, suggesting a potential cover-up linked to her high-profile allegations against influential elites.
According to , Giuffre, 41, was found deceased at her farm in Western Australia, where she had resided for several years.
A statement from her family, as reported by NBC News, indicated that Giuffre succumbed to suicide after a lifelong struggle with the trauma of sexual abuse and trafficking.
“She lost her life to suicide after enduring a lifetime of sexual abuse and sex trafficking,” her family remarked in their statement.
In a recent report by , attorney Karrie Louden stated to The Sun that she had spoken with Giuffre just days prior to her death, noting that Giuffre was optimistic about her future.
“She [Virginia] was excited about renovating her house and had numerous plans ahead,” Louden shared.
“I had a conversation with her shortly before; we were scheduled to meet today to discuss her legal matters… I visited last week, and everything seemed positive.”
Louden also mentioned that the police had not confirmed Giuffre’s death to her.
“Until we have more evidence, we are merely speculating,” Louden remarked. “Officially, the police have not told me anything; they haven’t even confirmed she is deceased. The information provided to me has been minimal.”
“This has shocked us all. Had we suspected she might take her own life, we would have sought more help, possibly putting her in a clinic.”
Sky Roberts has dismissed the suicide narrative, referencing Giuffre’s previous social media posts where she unequivocally stated that she was not suicidal in an interview with TMZ.
“My daughter was a warrior,” Roberts proclaimed. “She bravely spoke out against some of the most powerful individuals globally, and now we are expected to believe she simply surrendered? I refuse to accept that. The police must investigate thoroughly—far more thoroughly.”
In a December 2019 social media post, Giuffre had declared:
“I am making it publicly known that I am not suicidal in any way. I have communicated this to my therapist and doctor. If anything were to happen to me—please do not let this be forgotten and help protect my family. There are too many malevolent individuals who wish to silence me.”
I am making it publicly known that in no way, shape, or form am I suicidal. I have made this known to my therapist and GP- If something happens to me- for the sake of my family do not let this go away and help me to protect them. Too many evil people want to see me quieted https://t.co/8463mPR6YU
