Gauff Collaborates with Miu Miu on Tennis Collection
Cori “Coco” Gauff, tennis sensation, recently collaborated with luxury fashion brand Miu Miu on a custom tennis collection. The collaboration, which Gauff was involved in every step of the way, resulted in a stunning tracksuit that nods to Miu Miu’s Spring 2025 collection. The tracksuit features flyaway collars, rolled sleeves, and Gauff’s handwritten signature on her custom Coco CG2 New Balance shoes, adding a personal touch to the ensemble.
Speaking about the collaboration, Gauff expressed her excitement, stating, “It’s three tournament looks in total. I showed them what silhouettes I like, and we worked around that as a starting point. We were, like, What can we do in tennis that has either never been done or been done very few times?” Gauff highlighted the rarity of high fashion collaborations in tennis, noting previous partnerships such as Off-White with Serena Williams and Jannik Sinner sporting Gucci on the court.
With sport and fashion becoming increasingly intertwined, Gauff’s collaboration with Miu Miu marks a significant crossover moment. The upcoming Rome tournament will be the first time an Italian luxury fashion label will be worn in play at a WTA event, showcasing a new step in Gauff’s extracurricular interests.
Aside from her tennis career, Gauff has also gained popularity on TikTok for her “GRWM” (Get Ready With Me) videos, showcasing her unique style. Describing her aesthetic as “playing with femininity and masculinity,” Gauff is eager to explore the world of fashion further. Despite her young age, turning 21 in March, Gauff acknowledges the dichotomy of feeling mature in her career while still embracing her youth as a Gen-Z’er.
Reflecting on her growth, Gauff shares, “I feel like, in growing up in this life, I can feel a lot older than I am. But outside of tennis, in a lot of ways, I’m the same [as any other young person].” Embracing her youth, Gauff enjoys simple pleasures like creating TikTok content, which allows her to connect with her peers and stay grounded.
As Gauff continues to make waves on and off the court, her collaboration with Miu Miu signals a new chapter in her journey, blending sports and high fashion seamlessly.
