[Watch] Jasprit Bumrah dismisses Mehidy Hasan Miraz caught behind again in IND vs BAN 2024 2nd Test

In the ongoing second Test between India and Bangladesh at Green Park Stadium in Kanpur, Jasprit Bumrah once again showcased his brilliance by dismissing Mehidy Hasan Miraz for the second time. The dismissal occurred in the 37th over of Bangladesh’s second innings. Bumrah bowled a full-length delivery that angled in and straightened, catching Miraz on the crease and resulting in a faint outside edge. Pant made no mistake in completing a routine catch towards his right side, earning Bumrah his first wicket of the innings.

Obviously, here (Kanpur) we missed a few days (of cricket), but it’s important to look forward to building my overs and getting ready for Australia.” He acknowledged the difference in conditions between India and Australia, emphasizing the need to be in top form by the time they reach Australia.

Bumrah also reiterated his love for Test cricket, stating, “My favorite format is the Tests; I’ve always said that. I wanted to play this format for a long period of time and I am doing it. I’m trying to give my absolute best in this format.”
