The Real Estate Licenses of the Selling Sunset Cast Members

Selling Sunset has become a popular reality series on Netflix since its debut in 2019. The show follows the employees of The Oppenheim Group, a high-end real estate brokerage in Los Angeles, as they navigate the drama and deals of the real estate world. One common question that viewers have is whether the cast members actually have active real estate licenses.

According to the California Department of Real Estate, most of the cast members from season 9 of Selling Sunset have active real estate licenses. The exceptions are Amanza Smith and Chelsea Lazkani. Chrishell Stause, who has been a licensed real estate agent since 2016, had her most recent sale in February.

Mary Bonnet, the vice president of The Oppenheim Group, entered the real estate industry in 2008. Emma Hernan, another cast member, has been active since 2019 and made her last reported sale in June 2024.

Bre Tiesi, Nicole Young, Alanna Gold, and Sandra Vergara are also part of the cast with active real estate licenses and recent sales under their belts. However, Chelsea’s license expired in June after nearly a decade of being registered, and Amanza’s license expired four years after she obtained it in 2020.

The cast members have faced scrutiny over their real estate credentials, with some questioning the authenticity of their roles on the show. In response to these claims, Jason Oppenheim, the owner of The Oppenheim Group, defended his team’s experience and success in the real estate industry.

Despite the ongoing debates about the legitimacy of the cast members’ real estate careers, the show continues to attract viewers with its mix of drama and luxury property deals. Selling Sunset remains a popular choice for those interested in the world of high-end real estate.

For fans of the show, the real estate licenses of the cast members add an extra layer of authenticity to the glamorous world portrayed on screen. Whether they are selling multimillion-dollar homes or navigating personal dramas, the cast of Selling Sunset brings a unique perspective to the real estate industry.

So, next time you tune in to watch the latest episode of Selling Sunset on Netflix, remember that the agents on the show are not just actors playing a role—they are real estate professionals with active licenses and a track record of successful sales.

The world of technology is constantly evolving, with new innovations and advancements being made every day. From the latest smartphones to cutting-edge artificial intelligence, there is always something new and exciting on the horizon.

One of the most recent trends in technology is the rise of virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) technology. These immersive technologies have the potential to revolutionize the way we interact with the world around us, offering new and exciting ways to experience entertainment, education, and more.

Virtual reality technology allows users to enter a completely digital world, where they can interact with virtual objects and environments in a lifelike way. Augmented reality technology, on the other hand, overlays digital information onto the real world, enhancing the user’s perception of their surroundings. This technology is often used in applications like gaming, where virtual characters can appear in the real world through the lens of a smartphone or other device.

Both VR and AR technology have the potential to revolutionize a wide range of industries, from entertainment and gaming to healthcare and education. In the healthcare field, for example, VR technology is being used to train medical professionals in complex procedures, while AR technology is being used to assist surgeons during operations.

In the field of education, VR and AR technology offer exciting new ways for students to learn and engage with their studies. Imagine being able to take a virtual field trip to a historical site or explore the inner workings of the human body through a digital simulation. These immersive experiences have the potential to make learning more engaging and interactive than ever before.

In the entertainment industry, VR and AR technology are already making waves, with virtual reality games and experiences becoming increasingly popular. From immersive storytelling experiences to interactive gaming environments, these technologies offer a whole new level of immersion for players and viewers alike.

As VR and AR technology continue to evolve and improve, we can expect to see even more exciting developments in the coming years. From new applications in industries like architecture and design to advancements in wearable technology, the possibilities for these immersive technologies are endless.

Overall, virtual reality and augmented reality technology have the potential to transform the way we interact with the world around us, offering new and exciting ways to experience entertainment, education, and more. As these technologies continue to evolve, we can only imagine the incredible possibilities that lie ahead.
