Jorge Nava, who appeared on season 4 of the show, was arrested in February 2018 in Arizona after police discovered almost 300 pounds of cannabis in his car during a traffic stop. He was charged with felony possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana for sale. He entered a plea agreement in September 2018, serving a 2.5-year jail sentence before being released in May 2020.
2) Larissa Lima:
Larissa Lima, from season 6, has had multiple run-ins with the law during her relationship with Colt Johnson. She was arrested for domestic violence in November 2018, but the charges were later dismissed. She was arrested again in January 2019 for alleged misdemeanor domestic abuse. In September 2020, she was briefly held by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) but was released the same day.
3) Geoffrey Paschel:
Geoffrey Paschel, from “Before the 90 Days” season 4, was found guilty in October 2021 of domestic assault, aggravated abduction, and interference with an emergency call. He received an 18-year prison sentence without the possibility of parole. His appeals have been rejected, and he remains imprisoned.
4) Ben Rathbun:
Ben Rathbun, a cast member from “Before the 90 Days” season 5, was arrested in March 2022 for a probation violation related to a previous charge. He was also arrested in November 2022 for not paying child support and faced a felony embezzlement charge. Tragically, he passed away in May 2025 after being diagnosed with stage-4 stomach cancer.
5) Michael Eloshway:
Michael Eloshway, from season 1, was investigated in 2022 for child exploitation material linked to his IP address. He was convicted in July 2024 on charges of receiving, distributing, and possessing child content and began serving his sentence in January 2025. His appeal was denied in July 2025.
6) Leida Margaretha:
Leida Margaretha, from season 6, was arrested in Wisconsin in January 2025 for domestic disorderly conduct while armed. She faced a felony charge for bail-jumping and was arrested again for violating bond conditions. Charges including wire fraud and theft are still pending.
7) Eric Rosenbrook:
Eric Rosenbrook, from season 6, was arrested in July 2025 in Wisconsin for domestic battery and disorderly conduct. He pleaded not guilty and a restraining order was issued. Tragically, his infant daughter passed away after five days on life support.
8) Varya Malina:
Varya Malina, from “Before the 90 Days” season 4, was arrested in Tennessee in July 2025 for a theft charge related to stealing merchandise from Lowe’s stores. She was released on bond and is awaiting trial. Her green card status could be affected if convicted.
