SunRisers Hyderabad (SRH) faced a setback as pacer Harshal Patel was unable to play in their IPL 2025 match against the Gujarat Titans (GT) due to illness. Jaydev Unadkat stepped in to replace him in the playing XI at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium on Sunday, April 6.
During the toss, SRH captain Pat Cummins confirmed Harshal Patel’s absence, stating that he was unwell. He mentioned, “Harshal Patel misses as he is ill, Jaydev Unadkat comes in.” Harshal’s absence will be felt in the bowling department, especially during the death overs, as he has been in good form with four wickets in as many games at an economy rate of 9.38.
On the other hand, Jaydev Unadkat, with 99 wickets in 105 IPL matches at an economy rate of 8.97, including two five-wicket hauls, will aim to make an impact in Harshal’s absence. Unadkat was acquired by SRH for INR 1 crore in the IPL 2025 mega auction.
In the match, GT captain Shubman Gill won the toss and elected to bowl first. Gill explained his decision by mentioning, “We are going to bowl first. Looks like a slowish wicket, different from the previous two games as it’s a black soil surface. Generally, it’s a good wicket. We have been playing well, need to adapt to the conditions as soon as possible.” GT made one change in their lineup with Washington Sundar coming in for Arshad Khan.
GT, coming off two consecutive wins against Mumbai Indians and Royal Challengers Bengaluru after their season opener loss to Punjab Kings, will look to maintain their winning streak. On the other hand, SRH, with three consecutive defeats against Lucknow Super Giants, Delhi Capitals, and Kolkata Knight Riders, will aim to bounce back after their only win against Rajasthan Royals.

The world of fashion is constantly evolving, with new trends and styles emerging every season. One trend that has been gaining popularity in recent years is sustainability. As consumers become more aware of the environmental impact of the fashion industry, they are seeking out brands that prioritize eco-friendly practices.
Sustainable fashion is all about creating clothing and accessories in a way that minimizes harm to the environment and promotes ethical labor practices. This can include using organic and recycled materials, reducing waste in production, and ensuring fair wages for workers. By choosing sustainable fashion, consumers can feel good about the impact their purchases are having on the planet.
One brand that is leading the way in sustainable fashion is Reformation. Founded in 2009, Reformation has made a name for itself by creating stylish, on-trend clothing that is also eco-friendly. The brand uses sustainable fabrics like Tencel, a fiber made from wood pulp, and recycled materials in their designs. They also prioritize ethical manufacturing practices, ensuring that their workers are paid fair wages and work in safe conditions.
Another brand that is making waves in the world of sustainable fashion is Patagonia. Known for their outdoor clothing and gear, Patagonia has been a pioneer in sustainability for decades. The brand uses recycled materials in many of their products and is committed to reducing their carbon footprint. They also have a program called Worn Wear, which encourages customers to repair and reuse their clothing rather than buying new.
In addition to individual brands, there are also organizations and initiatives working to promote sustainability in the fashion industry. The Sustainable Apparel Coalition, for example, is a group of companies that are committed to reducing the environmental and social impact of their products. They have developed tools like the Higg Index, which helps brands measure and improve their sustainability practices.
As consumers become more conscious of the impact of their purchases, the demand for sustainable fashion is only expected to grow. By supporting brands that prioritize sustainability, shoppers can feel good about the clothes they wear and the impact they are having on the planet. With more and more brands embracing eco-friendly practices, the future of fashion is looking greener than ever.
