The recent arrest of Victoria Goodwin, wife of “Ghost Adventures” star Aaron Goodwin, has shocked fans and followers of the popular paranormal investigator. Just a week before her arrest, Victoria posted a cozy picture on Instagram showing her cuddling with her husband and their pet cat. The image captured a peaceful moment between the couple, giving no indication of the turmoil that was about to unfold.

In another post on Valentine’s Day, Victoria shared a photo of her and Aaron enjoying a mini-golf date in Las Vegas. The couple appeared happy and in love, with Victoria expressing her affection for Aaron in the caption. Little did anyone know that behind the smiles and laughter, a dark and sinister plot was brewing.

On March 6, Victoria was arrested and charged with solicitation to commit murder and conspiracy to murder. The charges stemmed from alleged messages exchanged between Victoria and an incarcerated convicted killer named Grant Amato. According to reports, Victoria had been communicating with Amato since October 2024 and had expressed a desire to kill Aaron to escape her marriage.

Amato, who is serving a life sentence without parole for the murder of his family, had become pen pals with Victoria after she watched a documentary featuring him. Victoria allegedly offered to pay $11,515 to have Aaron killed and even made a down payment of $2,500 to move the plan forward.

The chilling details of the murder-for-hire plot revealed that Victoria had provided information about Aaron’s whereabouts to Amato, who was in contact with a hitman to carry out the job. Fortunately, the plan was thwarted, and Aaron was unharmed.

Despite the evidence against her, Victoria has denied any intention of wanting her husband dead. She is currently held on $100,000 bail and awaiting further legal proceedings.

Aaron Goodwin, known for his work on “Ghost Adventures,” was reportedly blindsided by the allegations against his wife. The couple had tied the knot at Disneyland’s Haunted Mansion in 2022 and seemed to have a happy marriage, according to sources.

In the midst of this turmoil, Aaron’s friend and co-star Zak Bagans has offered his support and love during this emotional time. The two have been friends since they moved to Nevada in 2005 to pursue filmmaking and have worked together on “Ghost Adventures” since its premiere in 2008.

As the investigation unfolds and the legal process continues, fans are left shocked and saddened by the disturbing turn of events involving one of their favorite paranormal investigators and his wife.
