Outdoor Patio Covering Crashes Down on Woman’s Head

A family’s lunch outing at the newly opened Tesla Diner in Los Angeles took a terrifying turn when an outdoor patio covering crashed down on a woman’s head, leaving them with plans for legal action.
George shared with TMZ that his wife, Valentina, was seated with him on the rooftop patio when the incident occurred.
The incident occurred as they were about to enjoy their meal, with the patio covering unexpectedly detaching and hitting Valentina on the forehead.
George recounted how the covering narrowly missed their baby’s head, but Valentina was left disoriented and briefly lost consciousness after the impact.
Following the incident, George reported the incident to the diner’s management, who confirmed the incident through surveillance footage reviewed by Tesla’s security team.
The Los Angeles Fire Department responded to the scene after a 911 call for a 21-year-old woman with head injuries, where Valentina showed signs of swelling but no visible bleeding. Despite the offer of transportation to the hospital, she opted to seek medical attention independently.
The family is considering legal action against Tesla in response to the incident.
Attempts to reach out to Tesla for comment have been unsuccessful so far.
