The Spacetrek Observatory Platform Phase is an Exploration quest in Wuthering Waves that takes place at the Spacetrek Observatory. It is part of the Lahai-Roi Reconstruction Project series and involves visiting different locations to fix technical issues at the observatory. Completing this quest will reward you with Astrites and level-up materials.
To start the Spacetrek Observatory Platform Phase quest, you must first complete the Foundation Phase. Once that is done, head to the Spacetrek Observatory and speak to Rakosan to begin the quest.
After speaking to Rakosan, follow Talkie to locate the damage. Use the Projector Geospider S4 to scan the area, which will spawn Zip Zaps that you must defeat. Interact with the glowing spot on the ground and follow Talkie to the second damage point.
Inspect the locator and the wiring before following the flow of current and using the Projector Zip Zap to repair the circuit. Use the Sensor utility to track down the cut cable and repair it with the Projector Zip Zap.
Move on to the third locator and use the Sensor utility near the cable to restore power. Defeat the Outcasts in the area and repair the circuit with the Projector Zip Zap to receive a chest reward.
Continue investigating anomalies and defeating Outcasts until you confront Sephira about the incident. This will trigger a cutscene and complete the Spacetrek Observatory Platform Phase quest. You will be rewarded with 20 Astrites and a Tidal Supply Chest.
