WWE fans were thrilled to see Alexa Bliss make her return to active programming last week after her absence since the 2025 Elimination Chamber. Speculation was rife that Little Miss Bliss could potentially join The Wyatt Sicks, an eerie faction that had been missing from WWE TV since late last year. However, recent developments suggest that Alexa Bliss’s storyline is taking a different direction.

Last week, Alexa Bliss teamed up with Zelina Vega as her mystery tag team partner on SmackDown, where they faced Chelsea Green and Piper Niven. The Ohio-native received a warm reception from her hometown crowd and ended the match with a decisive Sister Abigail DDT. While many thought this could signal her joining The Wyatt Sicks, subsequent interactions with Charlotte Flair hinted otherwise.

In a conversation with Charlotte Flair, Alexa Bliss expressed her desire to be friends, reminiscing about their time in NXT when Flair was the only one who treated her well. However, Flair seemed dismissive and asked Bliss to stay away, indicating a different direction for Bliss’s character on SmackDown.

Despite using Bray Wyatt’s finishing move, Sister Abigail, in a Triple Threat Money in the Bank qualifier match against Chelsea Green and Michin, there was no clear connection with The Wyatt Sicks. The eerie faction’s signature glitches and QR codes were notably absent, suggesting a deliberate move by WWE to keep Bliss separate from the group.

Alexa Bliss’s return to WWE has seen her compete as a regular top star, with her sights set on winning the Money in the Bank contract. In a backstage interview, she expressed her determination to repeat her success from 2018 and secure the MITB briefcase for the second time. With a focus on winning big matches and participating in premium live events, it appears that any plans to align Bliss with The Wyatt Sicks have been shelved.

As Alexa Bliss continues to navigate her storyline on SmackDown, fans are eager to see what lies ahead for the talented superstar. With her in-ring skills and captivating character work, Bliss remains a prominent figure in the WWE landscape, poised for more exciting opportunities in the future.
