Zain Group Launches Zain Insure: Kuwait’s First Fully Digital Motor Insurance Solution

Zain Group has recently unveiled Zain Insure, a groundbreaking digital motor insurance platform tailored specifically for the Kuwait market. This marks the country’s first-ever fully digital start-to-end motor insurance app, revolutionizing the way Kuwaiti consumers access and manage their insurance policies.

The official announcement of the launch took place at NEXUS 2025, a premier technology and innovation event held in Kuwait. Zain Group collaborated with Boubyan Group’s Boubyan Takaful Insurance company to develop this cutting-edge digital insurance solution.

With Zain Insure, users can now enjoy a seamless and convenient experience, allowing them to obtain instant quotes, purchase motor insurance online, manage and renew policies anytime and anywhere, digitally file and track claims, and securely access all insurance documents through the user-friendly app.

Zain Group has outlined plans to gradually introduce these digital insurance services in other key markets such as Iraq, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and Jordan. The expansion will encompass additional insurance services and innovative features tailored to meet the unique needs and conditions of each market.

The launch of Zain Insure in Kuwait is in line with the country’s Vision 2035 development plan, which aims to accelerate digital transformation and foster customer-centric innovation across various industries. The discussion touched on topics such as compliance, trust in digital onboarding, and the expansion of digital insurance offerings into new markets.
