President Volodymyr Zelensky of Ukraine urged Russia to provide a definitive response regarding a ceasefire on targeting civilian locations, a suggestion that Moscow stated it would review.
“Ukraine stands by its proposal to refrain from targeting civilian infrastructure. We await a clear response from Moscow. We are open to discussions on how to ensure this,” stated Zelensky in his evening address.
