Samoa Joe, the current AEW World Champion, is making waves in the wrestling world. After winning the title at Full Gear by defeating Hangman Page, Joe successfully defended his title against Eddie Kingston at the ‘Winter is Coming’ edition of Dynamite. The match was intense, with both competitors delivering stiff strikes to each other. In the end, Joe managed to choke out Kingston and retain his championship.

However, after the match, Bryan Danielson, who semi-retired last year due to neck issues, grabbed the microphone and praised Kingston for his efforts. Danielson even went as far as to predict that Kingston would soon get another shot at the world title and emerge victorious. This praise might not sit well with Joe, who could potentially challenge Danielson to come out of retirement and face him for the title.

Danielson has always been vocal about the possibility of returning to the ring, despite his previous retirement. In an interview with Chris Van Vliet, he mentioned that while he may not wrestle the same way he did before, he still considers himself open to a potential return. He stated, “I hate the R word because I was forced to retire before. So I never consider myself fully retired. This is how I think, and this is how a lot of wrestlers think.”

It remains to be seen whether Danielson will accept Joe’s challenge and step back into the ring for a showdown with the AEW World Champion. Fans are eagerly awaiting to see who will be Joe’s next challenger and how this potential feud with Danielson will unfold.
