Trick Williams’ accomplice Lil Yachty may join the WWE ring in the future

Recently, Lil Yachty’s presence on SmackDown was more than a mere distraction for Sami Zayn.

Following Zayn’s victory over Carmelo Hayes, rapper Lil Yachty made an unexpected appearance, creating enough chaos for Trick Williams to ambush the reigning WWE United States Champion.

In a recent chat on New Rory & Mal, Williams revealed that Lil Yachty is keen on stepping into the wrestling ring. He expressed:

“My boy Lil Yachty, you know–we’re talking on the phone and different stuff–but he understands the business and the similarities between hip-hop and WWE. How to promote, you know, how to market yourself, and how to make people feel something. So, you know, I’m excited to see what Yachty can do in the business. I think that’s going to be pretty cool.”

Williams further mentioned that Lil Yachty is already training to get in shape for wrestling.

“He said he wants to feel the cables. He said he’s going to get in tip-top shape. We got him a trainer, you know what I mean? We finna get Yachty right.”
