The latest mini-expansion for Pokemon TCG Pocket, titled Paradox Drive (B3a), focuses on Gen IX’s Paradox Pokemon. This expansion introduces 109 new cards, featuring several popular Pokemon from Area Zero to the mobile card game for the first time.
While Koraidon and Miraidon are the mascots of this set, the expansion also highlights other Pokemon. Certain cards are crafted to enhance the new Future and Ancient categories, while others integrate seamlessly into existing decks.

5) Glimmora
Glimmora features the unique Ability Shattering Crystal. When Knocked Out, it offers a 50-50 chance, via a coin flip, that the opponent gains no points. Although coin flips aren’t typically reliable, this chance can significantly shift the momentum of a match.
It also provides vital time to prepare other cards when necessary.

4) Iron Valiant
Iron Valiant excels as a support card rather than for its damage. Its move, Slicing Blade, is decent, but the standout feature is its Ability Future System, which reduces the Energy cost of attacks for Future Paradox Pokemon.
Tempo-accelerating cards are always valuable, and Iron Valiant enhances numerous new cards by allowing main attackers to activate more quickly from the Bench.

3) Koraidon ex
A mascot of the expansion, Koraidon ex offers a high-risk, high-reward strategy. Its Ability, Legendary Drive, activates when placed on the Bench from your hand, allowing it to switch to the Active Spot and absorb all Energy from other Pokemon.
This makes it a powerful finisher, though its effectiveness can vary if played early. Its World Wrecker attack provides consistent offensive power with three Energy, making it a potentially commanding card.

2) Miraidon ex
Miraidon ex shares the Legendary Drive Ability with Koraidon ex but ranks slightly higher due to its superior damage output. Its attack, Hadron Ray, starts at 20 base damage, increasing by 20 for each Lightning Energy attached.
This scaling works well with existing Energy acceleration cards like Zeraora, Electric Generator, and Magneton (Genetic Apex). Unlike Koraidon ex, Miraidon ex fits seamlessly into Lightning decks and benefits from Iron Valiant’s support as a Future Paradox.

1) Terapagos ex
Topping the list is Terapagos ex, notable for its impressive damage and compatibility with various deck strategies. Its attack, Prism Impact, starts with a solid 80 base damage, increasing with each type of Energy attached.
This versatility allows Terapagos ex to synergize with existing support cards such as Magby, Mantyke, Ho-Oh ex, and the new Sableye. As the game progresses, Terapagos ex can escalate into one of the most formidable attackers.
