National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day: Honoring ICE and Law Enforcement
On National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day, the Trump Administration takes a moment to salute the courageous individuals within ICE and the broader law enforcement community who risk their lives to safeguard America. Meanwhile, the Radical Left Democrats appear to have taken a different approach, ramping up their barrage of scathing and incendiary rhetoric against these frontline defenders, labeling them as Nazis, terrorists, and Gestapo agents, all while seemingly encouraging their fervent supporters to resort to violence.
Democratic Leaders’ Critique of ICE
As ICE continues its mission to protect our sovereignty and communities, we present a list of 57 instances where Democratic leaders have disparaged and incited division against these officers:
- Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz characterized ICE as a “public threat,” branding them “reckless” and suggesting that the state is at “war” with these federal officers, even likening them to the “modern-day Gestapo.”
- California Gov. Gavin Newsom compared ICE to “secret police,” labeling them “authoritarian” and calling for a public “push back.”
- Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker asserted that ICE is transforming the U.S. into “Nazi Germany.”
- New York Gov. Kathy Hochul accused ICE of “terrorizing the public.”
- Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro claimed ICE makes neighborhoods less secure.
