Chicago Man Davon Fullilove Pleads Guilty to Armed Robbery and Theft Charges
Chicago man Davon Fullilove, a four-time convicted felon with multiple felony cases pending in three states, has recently pleaded guilty to armed robbery and theft charges. The 29-year-old resolved five of his pending cases by accepting a nine-year prison sentence for armed robbery and two concurrent three-year sentences for felony theft cases in the suburbs. Prosecutors dropped two additional theft cases as part of the plea deal.
Fullilove’s armed robbery charge stemmed from an incident in 2023 when he robbed a 24-year-old woman near Union Station. Fullilove, who had met the woman on a dating app, pulled out a gun and demanded her phone before driving away with her belongings. He later used the woman’s phone to transfer money from her accounts. Chicago Police apprehended Fullilove following the victim’s identification of him in a photo lineup.
In addition to the armed robbery case, Fullilove faced theft charges related to multiple incidents, including stealing phones, purses, and an Apple Watch from victims at various locations. These thefts occurred at Beaubien Woods Forest Preserve, a CVS in Oak Forest, and Honey Bear Cafe in Lansing.
Despite Fullilove’s criminal history and pending cases, his guilty pleas have resulted in the resolution of several charges against him. Judge Michael Clancy presided over the case and handed down the agreed-upon sentences for Fullilove’s offenses.
