On Thursday, the International Academy of Television Arts and Sciences unveiled the nominees for the 2025 International Emmy Awards, showcasing an impressive 64 entries across 16 categories, with representation from a record-setting 26 countries.

In a statement, Bruce L. Paisner, President and CEO of the International Academy, remarked, “This year’s nominees exemplify the global strength of our industry. New York City will once again serve as a premier stage this November, where we will celebrate their extraordinary achievements.”

The United Kingdom leads the nominations with a total of 12 across various categories. Other countries featured in this prestigious list include Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong (China), India, Israel, Japan, Kenya, Mexico, Norway, Qatar, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, TĂŒrkiye, and the United Arab Emirates.

On the production side, the global streaming powerhouse Netflix shines with five nominations, one of which includes the engaging show “Love is Blind: Habibi.”

Nominees will convene in New York City for the International Emmy World Television Festival scheduled for November 21–23, which will feature a series of panels, presentations, and partner events. The winners will be crowned at the 53rd International Emmy Awards Gala on November 24.
