Following the success of “Awkward,” she co-created the critically acclaimed Netflix teen dramedy “On My Block,” working alongside Eddie Gonzales and Jeremy Haft. The show garnered a devoted fanbase over four seasons and featured talents such as Sierra Capri, Jason Genao, Brett Gray, Diego Tinoco, Jessica Marie Garcia, Julio Macias, and Peggy Blow. Additionally, “On My Block” inspired a spin-off series, “Freeridge,” based in the same fictional Los Angeles neighborhood. Iungerich’s creative prowess extends to other ventures, including the supernatural comedy series “Boo, Bitch,” which she co-created for Netflix with collaborators Tim Schauer, Kuba Soltysiak, and Erin Ehrlich.
