The inaugural night of the Jonas Brothers’ JONAS20: Greetings From Your Hometown Tour unfolded with an array of delightful surprises, leaving fans eagerly anticipating many more to come.

Kicking off on August 10, 2025, at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, this 20th-anniversary tour saw Kevin, Joe, and Nick Jonas embrace their roots by inviting several surprise guests throughout the concert. The evening began with renowned rock band Switchfoot, whom the Jonas Brothers acknowledged as one of their early influences.

As the night continued, the trio introduced Jesse McCartney, followed by Dean Lewis. However, the most surprising reveal came from one of their fellow Disney Channel alumni: Demi Lovato. She took the stage alongside the Jonas Brothers for a Camp Rock reunion, treating the audience to a medley of songs from the beloved 2008 Disney Channel Original Movie and its 2010 sequel.

Continuing the excitement, the second night of the tour at Jiffy Lube Live in Bristow, Virginia, on August 12, featured a performance by All Time Low.

In a candid interview with People before the tour began, Joe hinted that this outing was destined to stand apart from previous tours.

“What fans can expect is our commitment to delivering the best show possible every night. We want to enjoy the experience after all these years and truly bring something different to the stage”, he explained.

Here’s a rundown of the surprise guests featured on this extraordinary tour:

Switchfoot

Opening night included Switchfoot, performing their classic “Meant to Live” from the 2003 album, The Beautiful Letdown. They joyfully collaborated with the Jonas Brothers, jamming to “Hold On,” a song the Jonas Brothers cite as inspired by Switchfoot.

Switchfoot then reunited with the Jonas Brothers at the North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre in Chula Vista, California, to perform their hit “Dare You to Move.”
