In Wake of Neighbor’s Dog Attack

Actor and musician Tyrese Gibson was arrested in the early hours of Friday in Atlanta, facing a charge of Cruelty to Animals, following tragic news that one of his Cane Corso dogs had killed a neighbor’s pet.
Records from Fulton County, Georgia reveal that Tyrese was taken into custody at 5:59 AM local time … after which he was released on a $20,000 bond.
Earlier reports confirmed that one of the singer’s dogs attacked and killed a 5-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel named Henry in its own yard.

TMZ spoke with Henry’s owner yesterday, who recounted how he found his cherished pet late at night on September 18, deceased and covered in slobber, stating that Tyrese’s dogs were known to roam the neighborhood without leashes.
Authorities in Fulton County had issued an arrest warrant for Gibson earlier this week … it remains uncertain if he voluntarily surrendered today.
