People are eager to dive into this extravagant cocktail.

At Claudio’s Waterfront in Greenport, L.I., you can find a lavish Bloody Mary that flaunts a whole Maine lobster draped over the rim.

Customers are going crazy over this seafood delight, happily paying $120 for the experience.

Managing partner Celeste Fierro shared with The Post, “Oh my God, they’re blown away. People are coming in just for it.”

“A bachelorette party once ordered five for the table and took tons of pictures while tearing it apart,” she added.

Last year, the historic seafood establishment introduced its extravagant vodka and tomato juice cocktail, featuring a whole lobster, eight shrimp, and bacon strips.

However, Captain Claudio’s Bloody Mary, garnished with olives, celery, and grilled jalapeños, only gained popularity after patrons began sharing their experiences on social media. Now it’s as popular as freshly grilled lobster.

A TikTok post amassed 3.1 million views, prompting comments like, “I’m gonna need a side of drawn butter.”

Fierro, the mastermind behind this peculiar drink, remarked, “They’ve seen it on TikTok, Instagram. Many say their friends have mentioned it. We’ve had numerous influencers visit. Initially, we were selling a few, but now we’re moving about 20 to 25 a week.”

Yet, not every reaction has been in favor.

One user expressed, “I do not want my lobster mixed with my drinks; that’s strange.”

Another added, “Poor lobster.”

Fierro mentioned that no other establishments have attempted to replicate their iconic drink, likely due to its intricate preparation and high price point.

“It’s a whole lobster; I doubt anyone will just copy it. You need to put some love into it,” she remarked.

Interestingly, no one has yet ordered the cocktail for takeout, although the restaurant is open to the idea.

“It would be fun to take it home for dinner gatherings,” she mused. “Nobody has tried that yet, but if we put it out there, we might just post about it on social media.”
