A man identifying as Diddy‘s former intern alleges he was drugged and subsequently sexually assaulted at an after-party connected to the music mogul, as detailed in a recent lawsuit.

The plaintiff, referred to as “John Doe,” filed the complaint against Diddy in Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday, recounting his pursuit of a career in entertainment during late 2014.

<p Doe states he was eager to intern in the music field and seized the opportunity to work with Diddy at the time.

Doe claims that he was driven to a residence in Val Verde near Los Angeles for a Diddy music shoot, followed by a party hosted by the mogul, where he alleges they interacted several times.

At the after-party, Doe reports an abundance of cocaine, marijuana, and alcohol, though he states he only consumed drinks and abstained from the narcotics available.

After having 2 to 3 drinks, he began feeling “off,” attributing it to low food intake that day.

Doe alleges he was taken into a room as he felt himself losing consciousness, with his next memory being of an unknown assailant anally assaulting him before he blacked out. Importantly, he does not implicate Diddy as his attacker.

Upon regaining consciousness, he noticed blood and subsequently sought medical evaluation for sexually transmitted infections, receiving negative results initially.

Months later, he claims to have been retested and found he was HIV positive, a result that had not shown up during prior evaluations.

Due to these circumstances, Doe asserts he has experienced significant emotional and psychological distress, leading him to file claims of sexual assault and sexual battery among other allegations, seeking unspecified damages.

Diddy Sentencing Newsroom Reaction

Diddy’s legal representation responded, stating to TMZ: “As we’ve previously indicated, Mr. Combs cannot address every publicity stunt, especially when claims appear absurd or unfounded. He and his legal counsel believe in the facts and the judicial process, asserting that in a court of law, the truth will emerge that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or trafficked any individual—male or female, adult or minor.”
