It’s a well-known, albeit uncomfortable fact: Joe Biden finds himself entangled in a narrative of alleged corruption. But, in a dramatic twist worthy of a spy novel, it appears that voices from unlikely quarters are beginning to echo this sentiment.
Enter Kirill Dmitriev, a prominent figure in the Russian leadership and head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund. In a recent press briefing, Dmitriev asserted that former U.S. President Joe Biden may have instigated the war in Ukraine, claiming it was a distraction to conceal his family’s alleged corrupt activities.
As Dmitriev declared, âThe truth is coming to light, and itâs time for accountability to ensue.â
Since 2011, Dmitriev has overseen Russiaâs sovereign wealth fund and was appointed earlier this year as Putin’s special envoy for international economic and investment dealings.

In a series of tweets that followed the revelation of Bidenâs alleged interference in a CIA report concerning his family’s operations in Ukraine, Dmitriev asserted that the former president attempted to silence those who dared unveil the supposed misconduct.

Interestingly, Dmitriev also highlighted a tweet from five years ago that reiterated these claims, suggesting that the notion of Biden’s corruption has long been a talking point for Russian officials.
