Socialist mayoral hopeful Zohran Mamdani found himself pursued through downtown Manhattan on Friday by an angry protester who branded him an “antisemite.”
The Democratic socialist was quickly escorted by security as the upset individual tailed him, insisting that he condemn Hezbollah and Sharia law.

Mamdani seemed to ignore the man as he hastily exited Foley Square.
He had been in the Manhattan park to show support for state Attorney General Letitia James, who faced a mortgage fraud indictment earlier in the week.
