Embark on a thrilling journey with the upcoming supernatural mystery series “Light Shop,” set to premiere on Disney+ this December. The show follows six strangers who find themselves trapped in a dark and enigmatic neighborhood, with no recollection of how they arrived there. To escape, they must unravel the mysteries of their forgotten pasts.

“Light Shop” is based on the popular webtoon of the same name by Kang Full, a pioneer in Korean web comics and the creator of the hit Disney+ series “Moving.” Kang Full has written the adapted screenplay for the show, while Kim Hiewon serves as the director. The cast includes Ju Jihoon, Lee Jungeun, Kim Minha, Park Boyoung, and Bae Seongwoo.

The first four episodes of “Light Shop” are set to premiere on December 4th, promising an intriguing and suspenseful viewing experience for fans of supernatural mysteries.

WILD SIDE OF THE MOON

Discover the fascinating connections between all living things and the phases of the Moon in the upcoming series “Wild Side of the Moon.” Produced by Love Nature and Sky Nature, the 3-part series will showcase the unique behaviors of various animals in relation to the lunar cycle, from humpback whales to tree frogs.

“Wild Side of the Moon” is a collaboration between Love Nature, Sky Nature, and Humble Bee Films, with Dominic Weston as showrunner. The series will premiere on Love Nature worldwide and Sky Nature in select European countries. Executive producers include Charlotte Crosse, Stephen Dunleavy, Kathryn Taylor, and Katie Murdock.

EARLY CHRISTMAS

Celebrate the holiday season with the magical Christmas events at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort, featuring the World of Frozen land for the first time. “A Disney Christmas” will run from November 15, 2024, to January 1, 2025, offering a range of festive activities including special breakfast buffets, live concerts, and tree lighting ceremonies.

Don’t miss the “Disney Christmas Live in Concert!” featuring Mickey and Friends, The Hong Kong Children’s Choir, and local singers Gin Lee, Morissette, and Janice Yan on three consecutive weekend nights starting from November 23.

OLD ENOUGH

“Nippon TV’s popular unscripted format “Old Enough!” is set to captivate audiences in Mongolia with a localized version streaming on SeeRooTV. The show follows young children on exciting adventures as they navigate everyday tasks independently for the first time. A long-standing hit in Japan, “Old Enough!” promises to bring joy and entertainment to Mongolian viewers.

Netflix’s upcoming thriller “Do Patti” unveils a gripping tale of mystery and intrigue, starring Kriti Sanon and Kajol in lead roles. Set in the fictional town of Devipur, the film follows police inspector Vidya Jyothi as she investigates a series of enigmatic events involving Saumya and her husband. Directed by Shashanka Chaturvedi, “Do Patti” marks Sanon’s debut as a producer and showcases Kajol in a compelling role as a police officer. Produced by Kanika Dhillon’s Kathha Pictures and Sanon’s Blue Butterfly Films, the film is set to premiere on Netflix on October 25.
