Breaking News: Last Suspect in Alleged Burglary Ring Apprehended in Adams County
The final individual implicated in a suspected burglary ring was apprehended on Tuesday during a routine traffic stop in Adams County.
Kimberly Salas was taken into custody by the Adams County Sheriff’s Office near Interstate 76 and Federal Boulevard late in the evening, as confirmed by the Boulder County Sheriff’s Office.
Salas is among six individuals facing charges in connection with a criminal operation that targeted cars and garages in Boulder County and the greater Denver area to pilfer high-value bicycles and credit cards. The crime ring is believed to have stolen approximately $828,000 in property and caused $39,880 in damages from January 2024 to September 2025.
The remaining five suspects named in the indictment were apprehended on October 22.
