Bravo Announces New Spinoff “In The City” Starring Amanda Batula, Kyle Cooke, and Lindsay Hubbard
Bravo has finally unveiled one of its worst-kept secrets by announcing the upcoming spinoff “In the City” during BravoCon 2025. The highly anticipated show will be led by familiar faces Amanda Batula, Kyle Cooke, and Lindsay Hubbard. The trio has already wrapped up filming the first season in New York City, with more details about the premiere date and additional cast members to be revealed at a later time. Married couple Cooke and Batula, who have been facing marital challenges as reported by Page Six, are known for their tumultuous relationship that has been a central storyline on “Summer House” for several seasons.
Hubbard, a reality TV veteran and original cast member of “Summer House,” has also had her fair share of drama on the show. Engaged to fellow castmate Carl Radke on camera, their relationship took a dramatic turn with a public breakup in the Season 8 finale. Despite the ups and downs, both Hubbard and Radke returned for Season 9, with Hubbard even surprising fans by showing up pregnant. Her journey as a powerful woman in reality TV was recognized by Variety last year. However, Radke will not be joining the cast of “In the City.”
The official logline for the show, according to Bravo, teases the audience with the question: “In the city that never sleeps, a group of New Yorkers navigates the biggest transitions of their lives – marriage, parenthood, reinvention, and the reality of growing up without growing apart. Can they have it all, or will they need to choose between the lives they’ve built and the futures they never saw coming?”
“In The City,” although still referred to as a working title, is being produced by Truly Original, a Banijay Americas company. The executive producers include Steven Weinstock, Glenda Hersh, Lauren Eskelin, Jamie Jakimo, Lori Gordon, and Tamara Najm Coudurier.
