Netflix is preparing for the highly anticipated sequel to the popular action-comedy film “Mission: Cross,” with stars Hwang Jung-min and Yum Jung-ah returning for another thrilling adventure. “Mission: Cross 2” will be directed once again by Lee Myung-hoon and will focus on a mission to recover a stolen national treasure. The first film quickly became a hit on Netflix, topping the Global Top 10 Movies (Non-English) chart and ranking in the top 10 in 43 countries.

Hwang Jung-min will reprise his role as Kang-mu, a former special ops agent who is called back into action by the President to recover the stolen treasure. Yum Jung-ah will also return as Mi-seon, a former athlete turned detective who joins her husband on the mission. The cast will also include new additions such as Yoon Kyung-ho, Im Seong-jae, Cha In-pyo, and Kim Kuk-hee, among others.

In addition to “Mission: Cross 2,” Netflix has announced the premiere date for the mystery thriller series “The Price of Confession,” starring Jeon Do-yeon in her first Netflix series. The series follows the story of Yun-su, a woman accused of murdering her husband, and her encounter with a mysterious woman named Mo Eun in prison.

Jeon Do-yeon will play Yun-su, whose behavior during police questioning raises doubts about her guilt or innocence. Kim Go-eun will portray Mo Eun, a woman feared by other inmates who offers to confess to the murder in exchange for a favor. The series will also feature Park Hae-soo and Jin Sun-kyu in supporting roles.

Furthermore, Netflix Japan has revealed the release dates for two upcoming titles in December. “10Dance,” premiering on December 18, is a dance film based on a manga about two competitive dancers named Shinya. Directed by Keishi Otomo, the film stars Ryoma Takeuchi and Keita Machida as the lead characters. “Badly in Love,” set to launch on December 9, is an unscripted dating series that follows 11 former delinquents as they participate in a 14-day dating experiment at the Badly in Love Academy.
