Priscilla Presley Lawsuit Drama Unfolds
Priscilla Presley found herself embroiled in a legal battle with her former associates, Kruse and Fialko, as shocking allegations and accusations surfaced in court.
Priscilla revealed that she had to make the difficult decision to take her daughter, Lisa Marie Presley, off life support after she was left in a vegetative state. However, before Lisa Marie’s burial, Priscilla made headlines by asserting her authority over Graceland, declaring, “I’m the queen. I’m in charge of Graceland.”
The legal feud erupted when Priscilla accused Kruse and Fialko of elder abuse and financial fraud, alleging that they had siphoned off $1 million from her. According to Priscilla’s civil suit, Kruse was denounced as a “con artist and pathological liar” who had deceitfully manipulated her into signing contracts that ultimately granted Kruse and her associates, including Fialko, a staggering 80% of Priscilla’s income.
In a counterclaim, Kruse and Fialko fired back, asserting that Priscilla had turned a blind eye to warning signs leading up to Lisa Marie’s tragic demise from cardiac arrest at the age of 54 in 2023.
Accusing Priscilla of being a “pit viper willing to prey on her own family,” Kruse and Fialko painted a damning picture of Priscilla as someone driven by greed and willing to exploit anyone to satisfy her insatiable thirst for money.
