The romantic comedy film Eternity offers a refreshing take on the classic love triangle storyline. The film’s concept, penned by Pat Cunnane, topped The Black List in 2022 before being picked up and funded by A24, known for producing unique and original films.
The Junction, where the characters must choose their afterlife, is depicted as a quirky and dated complex with various themed options like Beach World, Mountain World, Capitalist World, and Nudist World. The film also features Afterlife Coordinators, played by Da’Vine Joy Randolph and John Early, who assist the deceased in making their decision.
