Chicago police are currently on the lookout for a suspect who attacked two women in Logan Square in the early hours of November 22. The attacker physically assaulted and restrained the victims, with sexual assault appearing to be the motive behind both incidents. Fortunately, both women were able to break free when neighbors heard their screams and came outside.
The first attack occurred at around 2:32 a.m. on the 2600 block of North Sawyer Avenue, while the second incident took place approximately fifty minutes later on the 3100 block of West Schubert Avenue, not far from the initial scene. Investigators believe that the same suspect is responsible for both assaults.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male with a medium to dark complexion, standing between 5â9â and 5â10â tall, and weighing between 105 and 160 pounds. He was last seen wearing dark gray jeans, a gray hooded sweatshirt with green and black detailing at the bottom, and a gray or black ski mask.
