Sells L.A. Home for $6.6 Million!!!

Lea Black just cashed out of her Los Angeles perch, selling the luxe hillside estate for $6.6 million. The property was sold off-market on Friday, with the assistance of luxury real estate experts Bianca Fields and Adriana Yedidsion of The Agency.
The hillside stunner, located above the Sunset Strip, boasts 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and over 4,000 square feet of luxurious living space.
The interior features floor-to-ceiling glass walls that offer panoramic views, blending modern architecture with high-end finishes like French White Oak floors and Italian marble.
The outdoor area is designed for resort-style living, featuring a pool, spa, multi-level patios, Porsche Design grill, fire pit, and a designer rose garden.
Black purchased the home in 2016 and made upgrades including a bar, entertainment lounge, chef’s kitchen, and outdoor kitchen. The move-out process was managed by Paul Sethi with enhancements by Enrique Estrada and staging by Megan Campbell and Dana Popper from Vesta.
Lea Black Beauty and Skincare is also selling a selection of designer items through LeaBlack.com, including shoes, clothing, and more that didn’t make the move.
Black is now focusing on her properties in Miami and Texas, as reported earlier.
