A heartwarming story unfolded when a beloved family cat named Gabby, missing since Hurricane Helene struck the Southeast region, was reunited with her loved ones after 443 days.

Turned over to the Avery Human Society in North Carolina as a stray on Dec. 13, Gabby’s microchip helped workers discover her long absence and led to her emotional reunion with her family.

After Hurricane Helene’s devastation in September, the miraculous reunion of Gabby and her family brought tears of joy to social media followers, calling it a “Christmas miracle.”
