Matthew Perry’s Death House Sells for $8.6 Million on One-Year Anniversary of Drug Ketamine Scandal

The shocking details of Matthew Perry’s tragic overdose death have continued to unfold, with new revelations surfacing about the actor’s involvement in a Ketamine scandal that ultimately led to his demise. Chavez, a key player in the scandal, has recently confessed to one count of conspiracy to distribute Ketamine.

According to officials, Chavez admitted to selling Ketamine to Perry, including drugs that he had diverted from his former Ketamine clinic. As Perry’s addiction worsened, Plasencia, another individual involved in the scandal, allegedly sent a chilling text message to Chavez, pondering how much money Perry would be willing to pay for the drugs.

In the months leading up to his overdose, Perry reportedly shelled out $55,000 for 20 vials of Ketamine from Chavez and Plasencia. The pair charged him $2,000 per vial, despite the fact that each vial only cost $12 to produce. Prosecutors have highlighted that Chavez obtained additional Ketamine to pass on to Plasencia through deceptive means, including falsifying prescriptions and misleading a wholesale distributor.

The scandal surrounding Perry’s death has brought to light the dangers of substance abuse and the lengths to which individuals will go to feed their addictions. The actor’s former home, where the tragic events unfolded, has recently sold for a staggering $8.6 million on the one-year anniversary of his passing.

As the investigation into Perry’s death continues, authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward. If you have any tips or leads, you can reach out to RadarOnline.com at tips@radaronline.com.
