Hulu is gearing up to bring more drama and toxicity to its viewers with the launch of the “Tell Me Lies Official Podcast,” hosted by none other than Stassi Schroeder. The exclusive announcement was made by Variety, revealing that the nine-episode podcast will debut on January 6, just a week before the premiere of “Tell Me Lies” Season 3. The podcast will kick off with a recap episode covering Seasons 1 and 2.
Fans can catch video episodes on Hulu, Hulu on Disney+, Disney+, and YouTube within the US, while audio episodes will be available on popular platforms such as Spotify, Apple Podcasts, SiriusXM, iHeart Radio, TuneIn, Amazon Music, Pandora, and through audio channels in partnership with ABC News Audio.
The podcast will feature a star-studded lineup of guests including showrunner Meaghan Oppenheimer, series stars Grace Van Patten, Jackson White, Cat Missal, Spencer House, Sonia Mena, Branden Cook, Alicia Crowder, and Costa D’Angelo. Additionally, costume designer Charlotte Svenson and composer Jay Wadley will share behind-the-scenes insights. Celebrity fans like Lauren Mayberry, Katie Maloney, Teala Dunn, and Jessi Draper will also make appearances, providing a glimpse into the drama and teasing what’s to come in the upcoming season.
Earlier this year, Variety reported that Disney TV is expanding its video podcast slate with podcasts centered around popular shows like “Only Murders in the Building,” “Dancing with the Stars,” “Murdaugh: Death in the Family,” and “Percy Jackson and The Olympians.” Future podcasts for “Paradise” and “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” are in the works, with more to follow.
Stassi Schroeder, known for hosting the Season 3 reunion special of “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” and starring in “Vanderpump Villa,” is no stranger to the podcasting world. She previously hosted “Straight Up With Stassi” from 2015 to 2024 and now hosts the “Stassi” podcast for PodcastOne.
“Tell Me Lies” Season 3 will continue the story from where Season 2 left off, exploring two different timelines – one set in college in 2008 where Lucy and Stephen rekindle their romance, and the other in 2015 just before Bree’s wedding to Evan. The first two episodes will premiere on January 13, followed by weekly releases leading up to the finale on February 24.
Excitement is building for the upcoming season, and fans can get a taste of what’s to come by watching the trailer for the podcast below. Get ready for more lies, drama, and intrigue as “Tell Me Lies” returns for its highly anticipated third season.
