Teresa Giudice‘s daughter, Milania Giudice, has addressed her recent arrest for the first time, dismissing rumors about her mugshot circulating on social media.
In a TikTok video shared on Monday, June 29, Milania, 20, stated, “I have one thing to say, and I’ll save the rest for tomorrow. But that ‘mugshot’ of me, if you guys really believe it, that’s AI. I looked great in my mugshot. Not that it’s something to be proud of.”
This video marks Milania’s first public comment on her arrest, where she candidly shared with her followers that “s*** happens in life.”
“It is what it is, you have to learn from it, become a better person, and talk about it,” she said. “I just wasn’t in a good place in my life. It happens. I’ve been through a lot, and other things have occurred as well.”
Milania emphasized, “Just because you think you know everything about my life, you don’t.” She reiterated the mugshot was fabricated before ending her video.
“I can’t believe you guys even think that’s real,” Milania said. “But that’s all I have for tonight.”

Us Weekly confirmed earlier this month that Milania was arrested in Montville Township, New Jersey, on May 14 following an alleged domestic violence incident in the early evening.
Chief Andrew Caggiano stated to Us on June 11 that Milania was charged “on a summons complaint with one count of Simple Assault.”
“She was released pending her next court appearance. A criminal complaint is merely an accusation,” he added. “Despite this accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.”
