Legal Experts Weigh In on Trump’s Potential Legal Troubles Post-Election

As the 2020 presidential election approaches, legal experts are speculating on the potential legal troubles that President Donald Trump could face if he loses the election. Bennett Gershman, a professor of constitutional law at Pace Law School, believes that Trump will be in serious legal jeopardy if he is not re-elected.

Gershman stated, “He will be facing serious legal jeopardy if he loses. He knows that. It’s probably on his mind every day. He faces four very, very serious cases, in one of which he has already been convicted as a felon. The others are easily convictable.”

Meanwhile, Martin Horn, a professor of corrections at John Jay College and the executive director of the New York State Sentencing Commission, predicts that Trump and his legal team will do everything in their power to fight any legal challenges that may arise if he loses the election.

Horn commented, “This defendant will use every means at his disposal to delay the outcome and complicate the adjudication. Who knows what legal maneuvers are available to him?”

With experts warning of potential legal battles on the horizon, it remains to be seen how Trump and his team will navigate the post-election landscape. As the election draws near, all eyes will be on the outcome and the potential legal implications for the current President.
