Firefighters Battle Blaze in New York City High-Rise
Firefighters responded to a 4-alarm fire in a high-rise apartment building in the Bronx early Saturday morning. The fire started on the top two floors and quickly spread to multiple apartments in the 17-story building, as reported by the New York City Fire Department.
Officials have not yet determined the cause of the fire. Over 200 fire and emergency crew members were on the scene working to contain the blaze. At this time, it is unknown if there are any injuries reported.
Video footage shared online shows flames engulfing part of the top floors of the building, highlighting the intensity of the fire.
