A former Chicago Public Schools teacher, Elliott Nott, has been sentenced to five years in prison for exposing himself to young girls on the city’s Far North Side. Nott’s troubled history dates back to 1993 when he was convicted of “peeping Tom” allegations involving two girls in his neighborhood. He was also convicted of prowling and loitering for spying on a young woman while teaching in New Hampshire in 2004.
