Will Lewis, the CEO of the Washington Post, made the decision to step down from his position on Saturday. This move comes at a tumultuous time for the prestigious newspaper, which recently let go of around 300 employees.
The Washington Post made the announcement that Lewis would be resigning with immediate effect.
He has been replaced by Jeff D’Onofrio, the former CEO of Tumblr, who joined the newspaper in June as its chief financial officer.
